Because sometimes perfect doesn't sell.PHOTO: This mannequin was captured at one of the malls here. I can't decide if it's like a "cutting edge" fashion mannequin or if it's some sort of minor insinuation that we Americans bear serious resemblance to Dr. Suess' characters.
