wet 'n' wild

So I don't know if anyone else has noticed, but this summer is a scorcher. Pretty sure most front yards have just laid their grass arms down and said, "Okay, take me." Jess has taken pity on his mom's plants in an attempt to get them through what must be an otherwise suicidal time of year for them. (Yes, I know Durham. It's hot and humid there. And I'm sooooo glad I just have hot, trust me.) Whenever he's up at his parent's house (often, as we're waiting for the Internet to get installed at our apartment), he goes out and waters the plants. And of course, his littlest green thumb must accompany him on these adventures.
