So whoa. Where in the world have I been? Let me explain.

A few months ago, I was driving one of the girls to tumbling lessons when Jess called. 

"So. They might need to send me to London again."

"Lucky dog..."

"For a month." 

"Well. Um." 

"I won't go for a month without you and the girls - would you be up for going to London, pregnant, for a month?" 

"Well. Um."

And then the idea sort of dissipated - work got busy. Other things crept in to take his time, and I thought we were in the clear. But then all of the sudden, the London issues blew up. Like a bomb. And he was there within 48 hours. He returned ten days later to sign passports for the girls and repack. Because he was going back. For a month.

And so were we. All four (well five) of us. 

Let the party begin.

When we lived in Tokyo and Hong Kong, I blogged live. Now that the Internet world has closed in on us, I didn't feel very comfortable announcing to the world that we weren't home, no matter how small the world that reads this is. But I wrote posts while I was there. I'm uploading and sorting through photos, and they're coming. So much is coming. :)
